Mercy Roberts is a retired U.S.-trained nurse and experienced procurement and logistics specialist with a strong background in emergency healthcare and medical supply operations. Born in Ghana, she pursued professional training abroad and worked for several years as a nurse at a New Jersey State Emergency Hospital before returning to Ghana.

Following her return, Ms. Roberts transitioned into business, becoming a wholesale supplier of cables, metals, and plumbing materials, and working as a building contractor. Her combined experience in healthcare, procurement, and construction provides valuable operational insight for healthcare infrastructure projects.

As a Director of the Doris Baird Memorial Clinic, Ms. Roberts supports procurement, logistics, and operational planning, helping ensure that the clinic is equipped to deliver consistent, high-quality care to the communities it serves.
